We want your visit to Southgate Animal Clinic to be the best veterinary experience you’ve ever had! We’re all animal lovers here and we work hard to create a warm, inviting, and comfortable environment for you and your pet.

When you check in with our front desk you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly and courteous team members. A member of our medical staff soon meet you in the lobby and bring you to an examination room where we’ll ask a few questions and measure your pet’s vital signs – just like when you go for a visit to your doctor!

A Southgate Animal Clinic veterinarian will then meet you and your pet and spend some time talking with you to address your concerns, recommend additional diagnostic testing if needed, and create your pet’s individual care plan.

If additional testing is needed, Southgate Animal Clinic is a modern facility with state of the art diagnostic equipment and an in-house laboratory, so many tests can be performed here, in-hospital.

If you’d like to pre-submit information before your arrival, you may submit previous records and lab work results to southgateanimalclinic@live.com.

Payment

Southgate Animal Clinic accepts payment via cash, check, Care Credit, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
