CANCELLATION POLICY

Any client who fails to come in for a scheduled appointment or cancels their appointment with less than 4 hours’ notice will be billed the exam fee, this is the cost of the missed appointment. Any new client and clients with a history of missing scheduled appointments (more than 2) will be required to pre-pay the exam fee. This deposit will be applied to the exam invoice at the time of the visit or surrendered if the appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 4 hours notice.

Southgate Animal Clinic currently requires a deposit for any scheduled surgical procedures at the time of booking. The deposit amount is 50% of the estimated cost of the surgery. This deposit is refundable only if the surgery appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.
